Well connected, it features buildings of great cultural and leisure importance, and is close to the Francos Rodríguez metro stop, Metro line 7, which connects directly to important areas of Madrid. BIWEEKLY CONTRACT
In the month of move-in or move-out:
- If you stay 14 days or less, you will pay half of that month's rent.
- If you stay more than 14 days, you will pay the full month's rent.

Payments before check-in: Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to make the additional payments (security deposit, etc.) through our secure payment system before the move-in date.
