The day area consists of a large living room decorated with great taste. The kitchen is integrated and has all the utensils and appliances of high range.
The night area consists of 4 bedrooms. Two of them are double rooms with single beds and one is en suite. Another with a single bed together with a desk perfect for studying or working. And the last one with a single bed. The apartment has two bathrooms, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and another full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating. It also has wifi included in the rental price.
The location is excellent. A few minutes' walk to the Gracia bus stop.
