We bought the apartment and renovated it very elaborately and beautifully, including new electrics. Since then, the apartment has been inhabited by reliable tenants through the official lease of a company.
The apartment is fully furnished, including towels, bed linen, crockery, glasses, cutlery, WIFI, telephone connection, washing machine or etc.
So move in and feel good.
