Tram way 2 goes directly to city centre and Opera. Tram 9 goes directly to railway station. Tram way 44 goes to university of Vienna. The bus 10 is also in 3 minutes.
Here is why this apartment is cheaper even than a single room: I encourage people to save energy and to profit from taking their own responsibility. Therefore I reduced the rent of the apartment but let people to pay their own energy consumption directly to the energy provider. There are many ways to save energy without compromising their comfort, like fully opening windows but shortly to refresh ambient air, improving the way you wash you dishes, reduce the temperature when you are not home etc.
