Ansonsten besteht die Wohnung aus 4 Zimmern, Küche und Bad und Flur sowie einer Abstellkammer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage in \;Kreuzkölln\; umgeben von von zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 100m entfernt vom Herrmannplatz, 2 U-Bahn-Linien und viele Buslinien erlauben hohe Mobilität zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit auch ohne Auto. Wollt ihr zu zweit einziehen, so erhöht sich die Miete um 150 € wegen Mehrkosten für Strom, Wasser, Gas
