Additional Fees & Payment Process
Once your booking is confirmed, the following payments must be made within 7 days:

\t•\tStandard management fee : Paid at check-in (cash or bank transfer). It covers:

\t•\tContract registration and administration
\t•\tTenant support during the stay
\t•\tAssisted check-out
(This is a separate cost from any HousingAnywhere fees.)
\t•\tAdvance payment for July\August (if applicable): If the rental period extends until July or August, one of these months must be paid in advance via the platform.
\t•\tSecurity deposit: To be paid on the platform before check-in.
Important Policies
\t•\tAugust rent is non-refundable in case of early check-out.
\t•\tA valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) must be obtained and submitted as soon as possible. Instructions on how to obtain it will be provided with the contract. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation.
\t•\tNo bed linens, blankets, pillows, or towels are provided in the apartment.
\t•\tThe apartment is rented as shown in the photos\videos, and furniture cannot be replaced or rearranged.
\t•\tUtility bills (if not included) depend on actual consumption and will be sent directly to the apartment.
\t•\tWe apply a monthly contract system: rent must always be paid in full, regardless of move-in\out dates. (For example, if you move in on August 28, the full August rent must still be paid.)
