Located in Pedralbes which is considered one of the best neighbourhoods in Barcelona, next to all services and public transport, it has a privileged location.
RENTAL CONDITION:
1 - We use the bi-weekly\ fortnightly contract: What does this mean?
If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent;
If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent;
If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month;
If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent;
3 - Agency fee of 191 euros to be paid only once at the moving day (bank transfer or cash)
4 - Deposit= 1 month rent, to be paid at the moving day (bank transfer or cash)
5- Smoking not allowed
6- No pets allowed
7-No parties allowed
8-Rental contract has to be signed upon arrival
