You are renting a room in a clean, newly renovated family house. As a tenant, it is important that you are neat, and clean and respect the rules. The owners work in full remote. We have 2 teenagers.
We like to organize parties\dinners on weekends.

In entire house the using of drugs is strictly prohibited (Including neighborhood).
Any noise related activities are prohibited daily after 10:00pm. It’s for the comfort of the family and neighbors.
