Fully furnished with 2 TVs, internet, office desk with screen, printer. 2 balconies. 10 min walk to both universities. Elevator. Free parking on street. 5 min walk to nature trails (Öskjuhlíð) and beach\spa. 15 min walk to city centre. Bus stop just outside (100 m). Amazing view. Very kid-friendly. We need to use the apt. during easter and 2 weeks in July (no need to move out).
