The apartment is compact in size and offers a wall fold out bed (140cmx200cm). This can be folded out in the evenings and conveniently folded back during the day providing even more living space. The apartment includes a lockable cellar storage room. At the street frontage you can enjoy the convenience of a tram stop direct to Alexanderplatz, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance along with the famous Kollwitzplatz markets every weekend around the corner. The price offered is all inclusive of heating, electricity, water and internet wifi.

The suburb of Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte offers guests a safe and convenient location to experience the real Berlin. Lightly damaged during the war, most of the area has been restored to its former glory with cobbled tree lined streets and small intimate shops. The apartment, located on Prenzlauer Allee has great public transport options with the tram line on the street. The famous Saturday Markets at Kolwitzplatz are a 10 minute walk and the East German Wall Museum and Mauer Parks famous Sunday flea markets are a 25 minute walk away. 2 supermarkets and a range of eateries\cafes are located within a short walk so no need to travel to find good food. The tram station is located at the front of the complex with direct access to Alexanderplatz or the northern suburbs.
The internet is 16mbit, we are hoping to upgrade to fibre optic when it hopefully becomes available later in 2025.

Das Apartment befindet sich im hinteren Teil eines ehemaligen Werkkomplexes. Dank hoher Decken und einem soliden Mauerwerk werden Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen Umgebung genießen können. Da das gesamte Gebäude vor zwei Jahren komplett renoviert wurde, verfügt das Apartment über eine neue Einbauküche, ein luxuriöses Badezimmer (mit Badewanne und Dusche), eine Waschmaschine sowie einen Trockner, einen großen Flatscreen-Fernseher. Das Apartment hat eine kompakte Größe und verfügt über ein ausklappbares Bett in der Wohnwand (140x200cm). Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich eine Straßenbahnstation, Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der berühmte Kollwitzplatz ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Apartment befindet sich auf der Prenzlauer Allee und bietet hervorragende Transportverbindungen, die Straßenbahn befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Die berühmten Wochenmärkte auf dem Kollwitzplatz (samstags) sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer und der Mauerparkflohmarkt (sonntags) sind 25 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. 2 Supermärkte und zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés befinden sich in Fußnähe, so dass sie nicht weit fahren müssen, um gutes Essen zu genießen.
