This room is located on the 2nd floor.
For added privacy, each room is equipped with its own lock.
This apartment is newly renovated and completely brand new, offering everything necessary (furniture, household items, electrical appliances, decorations) for a seamless move into a charming and delightful space.
With a total of 22 rooms, the building provides a comfortable living arrangement. There are full bathrooms available for shared use, while certain rooms have private bathrooms.
The first, second and third floors all have 6 rooms per floor, while the fourth has 4.
Additionally, the apartment features a fully equipped American kitchen office, complete with electrical appliances such as a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, and washing machine. All essential kitchenware is provided, along with designated laundry and storage areas.

Booking in summer (June, July or August) minimum stay is 1 month. Rest of the year is a minimum stay of 4 months.
All rooms Included Weekly cleaning of common areas and Fortnightly ( it is not weekly) cleaning the room and change the sheets (included but optional).

NOTE: The payment made to confirm the booking on HousingAnywhere, will be considered as Security Deposit by the advertiser.
Once the booking is confirmed, the tenant will be required to pay the first rent through the advertiser’s secure system to guarantee the booking.
