Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen großen Garten, der allen Mietern zur Verfügung steht.
Nun steht Zimmer Nr. 2 im Dachgeschoss zum Bezug ab 4. Oktober zur Verfügung. Zum Mietbeginn wird auch das Zimmer 2 neu bezogen, es zieht ein Student (Anfang 20) ein. In Zimmer 3 wohnt seit 2021 eine Studentin, auch Sie ist Mitte 20.
