Your room is really big (the room is 24m2, so just your room is bigger than some small apartments) and has full privacy and comfort because it has its own PRIVATE BATHROOM. It is fully equipped with its own Smart TV, Air Conditioning, Closets, queen size bed, etc.
The house is in Eixample, in the very center of Barcelona (next to Plaza Universidad, just a few hundred metres from Plaza Cataluña, the Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia, etc). The street is a big pedestrian avenue just renovated.
The house is really big and beautiful. Many say it is the most beautiful house they have seen in Barcelona, so we are very proud of it. It is 172 square meters big, and has amazing common areas (big kitchen, a patio to read and rest, etc). It is all fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including everything: microwave, oven, induction stove, toaster, fridge and freezer with enough space, washing machine and separate dryer machine too, etc... and of course all kitchen and cooking utensils ready to use.
Plus, in addition, we also supply you with the bed linen, pillows, duvets, towels so you do not need to bring or buy your own during your stay in Barcelona!
We also provide with complimentary drinking mineral water in the house. You should know that the tap water in Barcelona is not ideal for drinking so most people buy the mineral water in supermarkets. In this house you save the time and money as you have fresh natural mineral water at home!
The house has only 3 other rooms, each has its own private bathroom as well. This house is only for women to ensure full comfort, safety and privacy for you. It is a very respectful and calm atmosphere ideal to study or rest after work.
We also provide for free a weekly cleaning of the common areas and a monthly cleaning of your bathroom so that you enjoy clean fresh spaces always)
