Originally the Royal Mews, the studio was built in 1866 as stables but is now fully converted to residences in Bayswater. Very central, many of London's greatest attractions are just minutes away. The property is also only a 5-minute walk from the closest tube station and less than a 15-minute walk away from 3 other stations, including Paddington Station, making all of London easily accessible.

From stables to studio, this adorable home is the perfect base for your visit to London.
Designed and furnished to ensure you have a comfortable stay, the interior of the studio is simple and cosy.
Fitted with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a Queen-sized bed that has been fitted with hotel-quality linens, it is perfect to get a bit of rest in between your city exploration.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you’ll need to cook a delicious homecooked meal such as an induction cooker, an oven, and a coffee machine.
The bathroom is equipped with all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up including a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Hyde Park is also only a 2-minute walk away, you'll find that there are plenty of events and activities that take place here, such as music and cultural festivals, educational activities, family-friendly activities, and more.
