The space is divided in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The flat is ideal for 4 people, nevertheless, this Minty Stay apartment can host up to 5 guests, including its sofa-bed. The main bedroom has a double bed & an two independent complete bathrooms, whereas the other bedroom has two individual beds. The house has an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, capsule coffee machine, toaster, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine . You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa-bed with three seats and flat screen TV. There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. Neighborhood: Formed by the neighborhoods of Trafalgar, Arapiles, Gaztambide, Vallehermoso, Ríos Rosas and Almagro, the Chamberí district was the residence area of a large part of the aristocracy of the 19th and 20th centuries. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
