It is a quiet neighborhood with shops, bars, restaurants etc and is very well connected with the rest of the city. The apartment is newly renovated and has a pleasant natural light, it is perfect for families or business trips. It has capacity for 4 people. It is a modern apartment that has everything you need to make your stay incredible.
In the renovation, every last detail has been taken care of and it is a high quality apartment. It has a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV and dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a complete bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a (hidden) double bed. It has an area to work. In addition, the apartment has: wifi, heating, AC, bed linen, towels, hair dryer... In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and respect for the rules of the neighbors community, the apartment has a noise control device installed.
This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
