It is a quiet neighborhood with many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. and very well connected with the rest of the city. The apartment is newly renovated and every last detail has been taken care of to make your stay incredible. It has capacity for 6 people and is perfect for families and business trips. It is a modern, bright and tastefully decorated apartment. The apartment has 75 m2 divided into three bedrooms, two complete bathrooms with shower, a living-dining room and a complete kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed of 190x135 cm; another of them has two single beds of 190x90 cm, the last one has a trundle bed, that is, two singles. One of the bathrooms is complete and en suite, with a shower. The other is also complete but independent. The living room has a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi and the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.). In addition, the apartment has AC, heating, hair dryer, bed linen, towels.
This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes.
