This wonderful, modern and cozy 50m2 apartment is located next to the Plaza del 2 de Mayo in Madrid, in the emblematic and picturesque neighborhood of Malasaña, one of the best-known in the city. It has a capacity of 4 guests, making it perfect for families. The apartment is divided into a living room area with a sofa and television, high-speed Wi-Fi, an equipped and completely renovated kitchen and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed (2 single beds). The bathroom is completely renovated and is complete, with a shower. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. The accommodation does not have air conditioning but does have 2 fans. It is heated and comes with bed linen and towels. It is on the first floor with an elevator.
This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
