Furnished Monthly rental: Apartment for rent in Vienna Wien Vienna Austria, for longer stays

I am subletting my furnished apartment in Vienna for up to 6 months. The apartment has 3 rooms, namely one living room, one large bedroom (suitable for 1 or 2 students, as it has a master bed) and one smaller bedroom (with a single bed). Apart from these three rooms, the apartment has a furnished kitchen, a bathroom with sink and bathtub, a toilet room, and a balcony.
As the apartment building is not a students' building, but a normal Viennese apartment building with families, single people, and older couples, I would prefer to rent my apartment to rather quiet students who would not throw wild parties. :) I would also be very happy if the tenants would be non-smoking and have no pets.
The rent for 3 students would be 900 Euro in total, so 300 Euro per student. If only one or two students would rent the apartment together, then the rent would be 800 Euro in total.
