The Dandár studio flat is a 35 sqm flat located in district 9, in the quiet and safe Dandár Park, located within Budapest’s most attractive development, near Boráros Square and Danube, a frequented center, trams 2 and 24 approachable within 5 minutes.
The flat is close to the Soroksári office corridor and international universities. The apartment has a modern kitchen with a dining area, a modern heating system with its own meter, air conditioning, and even a balcony facing to the west. The building has an inner garden with a playground, which is locked for the night, thus secure. The flat is fully equipped with a heater, and washing machine. The kitchen has all the necessary kitchen appliances, with a fridge, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment has a cozy and bright room with a double bed and a beautiful private balcony. Staying here will surely give a pleasant experience, especially for young couples or students. Optionally there is a parking place.
Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions).

- All our apartments include a basic WIFI
- Utility costs will be based on consumption. We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend on how much you have to pay for the utilities.
- Payment of utilities will be arranged monthly and we (the property manager) will pay the utility companies. The monthly service charge shown in the listing (33 EUR\ 12,500 HUF) is to cover the management of all utility contracts.
- Communal cost (tax for maintenance of building and shared areas): 14750 HUF p\m (approx. 40 EUR)
