The apartment is located in the heart of Malasaña, central area of Madrid, a few minutes from Gran Vía. This wonderful apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The kitchen is equipped with the kitchen utensils, refrigerator, oven, among others, necessary for your comfort. In addition, it has the basic elements to make your stay more pleasant, such as a washing machine, iron, among others.
It is perfectly located in the famous Malasaña neighborhood, in the Center of Madrid. You can find all the basic services around, such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, parks, pharmacies and more. This is one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid, and you will also be close to places of interest such as Plaza Dos de Mayo, Madrid History Museum and Museum of Romanticism. Also, you can get to know the rest of the city by traveling by public transport, the closest metro station being Quevedo (L2) and San Bernardo (L2, L4) and the Bilbao metro (L1 and L4), just 10 minutes walk to Gran Vía, next to to Malasaña and Plaza de Olavide.
ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
LOCAL TAXES (.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as \;other\; in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)
BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.
EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
