The houseboat is very conveniently situated, within 15 minutes walking distance to the train station, and 2 minutes to the famous Noordermarkt (farmer market on Saturdays).
The houseboat is a long studio apartment of about 50 m2, fully equipped with drinking water, electricity, gas and internet. The entrance has a little bridge with a small table and two chairs. Additionally, the entire roof terrace of the house is accessible with a ladder and has a long-chair. The houseboat has a wide window in the living-room looking out onto the canal and two roof-lights.
