This roof-top apartment is located 900m away from the University of Iceland campus and libraries, a very short walk along the pond. Its also a stones throw away from city hall and central downtown, all the shops, bars, restaurants and public transport (and the domestic airport). I prefer females and musicians as house-sitters, and you must keep my plants alive while I ´m gone (its a sublet of the apartment but with your own room, mine is locked).
