5-bedroom flat located on the second floor, featuring 4 WCs while three of the rooms is ensuite. The layout includes a kitchen that comes fully furnished and equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. The building includes a lift, though please note that there is no balcony.

This big room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and mirror. The comfortable single bed measures 90 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room also features a balcony that ensures plenty of natural light. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.

- The rent includes 35€\per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).
- A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent.
