It has a large living-dining room with open kitchen, fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The building has an elevator.
The area is superbly served by public transport, as less than 5 min. walk away is the Metro station \;La Latina\; (L5). It also has many bus connections. It is located 12 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor and 16 minutes from the Puerta del Sol.
