Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert mit Bett,Sessel,Essecke bestehend aus Tisch mit Stühlen,Schreibtisch, Schränke, Kühlschrank,Kitchenette mit entsprechendem Geschirr sowie Kochutensilien, so das die Zubereitung von kleineren Mahlzeiten möglich ist.
Es ist 15m2 gross.
Wir teilen uns Flur,Bad sowie Toilette.
In der Wohnung lebt ein kleiner Kater
Handtücher und Bettwäsche stelle ich auf Wunsch gegen eine Gebühr zur Verfügung.
Heizung ist in den Wintermonaten bei Bedarf vorhanden, das Zimmer\die Wohnung ist sehr gut gut isoliert,so das kaum Heizung benötigt wird.
Das Zimmer liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe von Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in einer guten Mittelstandslage.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Großes Naherholungsgebiet in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Eine Anmeldung bei der Stadt Köln ist zwingend erforderlich
Eine Anmietung erfolgt immer für den ganzen oder halben Kalendermonat, d.h. immer vom 1. bis zum 30.\31. oder 15. des entsprechenden Monats, bzw. vom 15. bis 30.\31. mit Ausnahme des Dezembers, hier ist nur der 31. Auszug und der 1. Einzug möglich, abweichende Termine sind nicht möglich!!!!!!!
Ein Einzug kann nur an einem Wochentag von 10:00 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr erfolgen. Ein Einzug außerhalb dieser Kernzeiten ist nur nach vorheriger Absprache und gegen Gebühr möglich.
Achtung! Die erste Miete, die Verwaltungsgebühr und die Reinigungsgebühr müssen vor dem Einzug bezahlt werden.

A rental always takes place for the entire or half calendar month, i.e. always from the 1st to the 30th \ 31st or 15th of the corresponding month, or from 15th to 30th\ 31th, with the exception of December, here only the 31st moving out and the 1st moving in is possible, deviating dates are not possible!!!!!!!
A move-in can only take place on a weekday from 10:00 h to 17:00 h. Moving in outside these core hours is only possible by prior arrangement and for a fee.
Attention! The first rent, the administration fee, and the cleaning fee have to be paid before moving in.
