As you enter, you’ll find a spacious double-height living room with modern decor, a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV with internet access, a dining table for four, and a balcony with exceptional views of the Torre del Oro. A staircase leads to a cozy loft area, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The sleeping area is located to the left of the living room. The main bedroom features a double bed, large windows, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, and large windows as well. Next to it, there is a second full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is just steps away from Avenida de la Constitución, surrounded by restaurants, tapas bars, and local artisan shops. It is also excellently connected to public transport, making it the perfect base for exploring the Cathedral, the Royal Alcazar, and the Archivo de Indias.
