The apartment has 3 rooms more, bathroom and kitchen and dining room with balcony overlooking the street.
It has a lift, fiber Internet, furnished and equipped.
It is in the center, next to Monumental, Auditori and TNC. Only 5 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia and 12 minutes walk from the beach. monumental metro line 2, marina or glories line 1 and commuter train Arc de triomf to the UAB.
-Conditions of the reservation:

-Condiciones de la reserva:
Un mes de depósito (deberá ser pagado a través de transferencia bancaria cuando se confirme la reserva), que se devolvera cuando se haya dejado la habitacion y devuelto las llaves.
Se pagan aparte 25e mensuales de limpieza (viene una señora una vez a la semana a limpiar zonas comunes) y 25euros al mes de fijo de suministros.
Es posible empadronarse, nos ocupamos de los trámites, tarifa única de 50e
Para llegadas en fin de semana o festivos, (o fuera del día de entrada marcado en la reserva) se pagarán 50e extra. Horarios de entrada de 9h a 20h en días laborables y de 10h a 20h fines de semana y festivos
