This lovely room is fully furnished and features a dedicated working area complete with a desk and chair. It also includes a huge built-in wardrobe, a bedside table with an accompanying lamp. The room displays a comfortable double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.

- A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent.

- Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
