I'm renting out my lovingly furnished apartment in a prime location just a 5-minute walk from the Alster Lake and located on a quiet private street, in Rotherbaum\ Pöseldorf. The 1.5-room apartment has been recently renovated, is approximately 38 square meters in size, and is completely newly furnished.
A real highlight is the huge terrace, which invites you to relax. The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move into immediately. Just move in and feel at home. The couch folds out to be a king size bed, where two people could sleep.
Also there is private parking in a garage!
The connections are excellent: Bus lines 15 and 19 and the Hallerstraße subway station are very close by.
