During the summer, I have not experienced significant heat issues. The apartment features high ceilings, which help maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, all slanted windows are equipped with Velux blinds that are sun-reflective, enhancing comfort.
Storage Room
I plan to use my (currently unphotographed) spare room as storage for personal items such as clothing. If needed, additional belongings can be accommodated here. This room is not included in the photos and is not intended for subletting. However, if you're interested in sharing the apartment, I can offer the room for an additional €100 per month.
