The living room is spacious and bright, with direct access to a balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed views and outdoor moments. The kitchen is integrated in the same space, modern and well equipped, and also has a separate laundry area for convenience.
The sleeping area consists of three rooms: the master bedroom is en suite, with bathtub and fitted closets; the second bedroom is also double and has large closets; and finally a study, with table and chairs, perfect for working from home or as a versatile space. Finally an extra bathroom with shower.
The apartment has heating, air conditioning and high speed wifi.
It is located in the neighborhood of San Isidro, in the district of Carabanchel, in a quiet and well connected residential area southwest of Madrid. It is very close to the San Isidro Park and the Manzanares River, which allows you to enjoy large green areas and outdoor walks.
Is well connected by public transport: about 11 minutes walk from the metro station Marqués de Vadillo (L5), and with quick access to several bus lines.
