? Luggage storage is free for early arrivals or late departures.

? For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.
? For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:
? Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.
? Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.
? Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

Pet Policy
We welcome small dogs (under 13 kg) upon approval. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets.
Approval Process: Please provide details about your dog's breed and size for pre-approval.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for potential damages or extra cleaning.
Guest Responsibility: Dogs must be house-trained, well-behaved, and considerate of neighbors.
? As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit\guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions.
? Late Check-out Policy: A 30-minute grace period is allowed after the official check-out time (11 a.m.). Beyond that, a late check-out fee applies.
? Any damage or stains on the couch, as well as unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
