It would be refundable 100% after check out and deep cleaning and after the check of the room\bathroom and common area . If there no damages the deposit is sent through the bank account within 30 days . In case of damage the deposit is delayed until repair’s result.
EURO 200 ( paid through the platform Housinganywhere after booking ) There are Thermovalves placed on your room radiator and on July 2026 the condominium will release your exact consumption.
From this deposit we will deduct as.well if f there is an extra cost for electricity ( copy of the bill will be sent ).

ITALIAN LAW REQUESTS TO REGISTER THE TEMPORARY CONTRACT AT CHECK IN . REFER TO THE ADMINISTRATION FEE ( EURO 200)
To register the contract, the tenant must be in possession of an Italian CODICE FISCALE . In case of non-italian guests, the Italian Codice Fiscale must be officially requested at the Italian Embassy of your country or at the Italian Agenzia delle Entrate.

This is a shared apartment therefore people who don t have respect for rules of coexistence and collaboration is not suitable for this place . There are cleaning shifts in the common area and if somebody don’t comply will be debited for a cleaning lady ( for a fee) . Same thing for the private room and bathroom must be regularly cleaned otherwise would be debited a monthly cleaning fee .

Located in the Aurora area mainly rented to students and young transferers. A stone's throw from Piazza della Repubblica and very close to the city center and 10 minutes walking to Quadrilatero , the nightlife movida .
This area is VERY MULTI ETHNIC therefore if you have prejudices this area is NOT a suitable for you . I do have 40 people ( many girls as well ) in my apartments in the area and so far has never been dangerous .
Porta Palazzo is the biggest openair market in Europe where farmers and stalls daily sell fresh groceries . Every Saturday there is a flee market( BALON) and once a month the GRAND BALON attracts people to buy antiques . Great public transport ( 25 minutes by bus to Politecnico \ 20 minutes to UNITO , walking distance to IAAD or SCUOLA HOLDEN ) The bike path is fantastic and takes you to Politecnico in 15 minutes
