Very charming apartment with 3 balconies, bright and cosy. In excellent condition, fully furnished and located in a quiet street with lots of green. Close to REA, Marriott Hotel and Planetarium, walking distance to Stavros Niarchos Park. A safe neighbourhood with lovely neighbours.
