The apartment is well connected to the city center (15 minutes by bus); in a quiet position; all services are close (supermarkets, banks, tobacconist bars, etc.). The apartment, on the third floor with lift, in addition to the bedrooms (3 in total, it's very cozy), has a bathroom, and kitchen with balcony; all furnished with new furniture and is stocked with pots, plates, cutlery, etc.
PRICE PER MONTH ALL INCLUSIVE! What does all-inclusive mean? Rent + condominium expenses + heating + waste tax + electricity, water and gas bills + INTERNET + 1 monthly cleaning of the common parts of the apartment. You will only have an admin fee, which includes drafting and registering the contract (taxes and stamps), entry and exit cleaning, maintenance and insurance costs for the duration of the contract.
So to recap: no agency fees - no security deposit (for students) - no utilities header!

L'appartamento è ben collegato al centro città (15 minuti di autobus); in posizione tranquilla; tutti i servizi sono nelle vicinanze (supermercati, banche, bar tabacchi, ecc.). L'appartamento, al terzo piano con ascensore, oltre alle camere da letto (3 in totale, molto accogliente), dispone di un bagno e di una cucina con balcone; il tutto arredato con mobili nuovi ed è fornito di pentole, piatti, posate, ecc.
PREZZO MENSILE TUTTO INCLUSO! Cosa significa tutto incluso? Affitto + spese condominiali + riscaldamento + tassa rifiuti + utenze di luce, acqua e gas + INTERNET + 1 pulizia mensile delle parti comuni dell'appartamento. Avrete da aggiungere solo una spesa amministrativa, che include la stesura e la registrazione del contratto (tasse e bolli), le pulizie di ingresso e uscita, le spese di manutenzione e assicurazione per tutta la durata del contratto.
