In the apartment where I live I rent out for two female students (not smokers) including use of kitchen and services . Rental agreement for university students.
The apartment is on the first floor with elevator and is served by line 17b. Next to the University of Novoli, Polimoda at Manifattura and Cascine Park, the city center is 30 walking minutes . The area is quiet and peaceful.
