Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition. In case the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15\hour to be divided between each tenant of the apartment.
