L'appartamento, appena ristrutturato (i lavori stanno finendo in questi giorni), si trova in zona Novoli, vicino alle principali Università; collegato bene al centro città (20 minuti in tramvia); tutti i servizi sono vicini (supermercati, bar, farmacia ecc.); l'edificio è un terratetto indipendente su 2 livelli: oltre alle camere (5 singole in totale), ha 3 bagni, con doccia e cucina attrezzata (con fornelli, microonde, 2 frigoriferi..) con balcone; al piano terra ci sono questa e un'altra camera, la cucina ed 1 bagno (quindi questa camera condivide il bagno con un solo coinquilino); al primo piano le altre 3 camere e 2 bagni; il tutto arredato con mobili nuovi, ed è rifornito di pentole, piatti, posate etc. etc. I coinquilini sono studenti, ragazzi e ragazze, sia italiani che internazionali.

The apartment, recently renovated (works are just finishing in few days), is located in Novoli area, close to the main universities; well connected to the city center (20 minutes by tram via); all services are close by (supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, etc.). The building is a detached house, on 2 floors: in addition to the bedrooms (5 single rooms in total), has 3 bathrooms, with showers and kitchen (with stoves, microwave oven, 2 fridges..) with balcony; on the ground floor there are this room and another one, the kitchen and 1 bathroom (so this room shares the bathroom with only one flatmate); on the 1st floor the other 3 rooms and 2 other bathrooms; all furnished with new furniture, and is stocked with pots, plates, cutlery etc. etc. The roommates are students, boys and girls, both Italian and international.
