LE NOSTRE CONDIZIONI:
Offriamo stanze all-inclusive. L'affitto comprende: spese condominiali, elettricità, gas, riscaldamento, acqua, WIFI, tassa sui rifiuti. È vietato fumare all'interno della casa. È prevista una quota una tantum di 500€ che include: registrazione del contratto, pulizia della stanza al momento del check-out e manutenzione di base durante il soggiorno.
Manutenzione regolare e controlli periodici garantiscono che la casa sia sempre in ottime condizioni per tutta la durata del contratto.

The apartment consists of a small living area with a brand-new open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, along with a table, chairs, and a small sofa. The bedroom is furnished with a three-quarter bed, wardrobe, curtains, bedside table, and shoe rack. The bathroom features a comfortable shower cabin, sink, and toilet.
OUR CONDITIONS:
1. We offer all-inclusive rooms. The rent includes: condominium expenses, electricity, gas, heating, water, WIFI, waste tax. In the house it is forbidden to smoke. There is a one-off fee of 500€ including: registration of the contract, cleaning of the room when you leave and basic maintnance during your stay.
2. Regular maintenance and periodic checks that guarantee the house will always be in excellent condition for the entire duration of your contract.
