we are subletting our cosy apartment in Kreuzberg (near Admiralbruecke).
Its available from 1.9. until . We are offering the apartment for the whole time, but also do short time rentals from 1 week upwards. Rent is all inclusive (heating, electricity, internet). Cost is 350€ per week.
The apartment is very nicely located (U1\U3\U8) - with a sunny living room facing south - and a beautiful view on the sunset as its in the forth floor. Theres no elevator - so gym is included ;)
All rooms are fully equipped and waiting for you. There is all you need: high speed internet, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, bathtub, etc.
Well-suited for shared living arrangements as we have a large bed and a comfy couch which can be converted into a large bed - Maximum of 2.
