Die Wohnung liegt direkt in Berlin und nur wenige Meter von der U8 Bernauer Straße sowie der M10 entfernt. Zum Alexanderplatz sind es 8 Minuten.
SONSTIGES - Rauchen ist nicht gestattet in der Wohnung. Keine Haustiere, tut uns Leid! Ein Problem mit Fernsehempfang muss noch gelöst werden. Offizieller Mietvertrag wird unterschrieben. Eine Anmeldung beim Amt ist möglich.
