The 33 sqm apartment is modern and comfortable furnished. There is a new kingsize bed (1,80 m x 2m). It has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. It has a small bath with a bathtub. Hairdryer, towels and bed lining are available.
A TV and free WiFi are included.
We also offer an optional extra cleaning, linen and towel service for € 66,00 per week.
The apartment is located in the modern centre of Cologne in the popular Belgian Quarter. The quarter offers everything you can expect from Cologne in the immediate vicinity: from the traditional brewery and exquisite restaurants to bars, nightclubs and many small individual shops. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment, however, is located in a quiet corner of the quarter and is ideal for business people or students.
From the tram stop Friesenplatz (400 meters) there are underground lines that go in all directions (more info on (hidden)). Cologne ´s main station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) is 20 minutes walking distance.
City-Tax: since , the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.

Es verfügt über ein neues Kingsize Boxspringbett (1,80 x 2m), eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und einem Wasserkocher. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Fön, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden.
Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan stehen auch zur Verfügung.
Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch und Bettwäscheservice für € 66,00 pro Woche möglich.

Viertel bietet in unmittelbarer Nähe alles was man von Köln erwarten kann: vom traditionellen Brauhaus und exquisiten Restaurants bis zu Szenebars und Nachtclubs. Zahlreiche Boutiquen, Ateliers und Galerien schmücken das Veedel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden.
Das Apartment jedoch befindet sich in einer ruhigen Ecke des Viertels und ist ideal für Berufstätige oder Studenten.
Vom Friesenplatz (ca. 400 m) gehen U-Bahnlinien in allen Richtungen (mehr Info auf (hidden)). Der Hauptbahnhof am Dom ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
