The apartment has just been renovated aprox three years ago and it's fully furnished with everyhting you need. It is located on the mezzanine floor of a charming old building, which also got renovated few years ago. The apartment offers approx. 30m2 and is equipped with a high-quality kitchen (incl. dishwasher, coffeemaker, ofen, stove etc). There is a central heating and a nice bathroom and a washing machine.

LEGAL INFORMATION:
The apartment must be rented for a minimum of three months and a maximum of 12 months (for legal reasons). Important: Many apartments in Vienna are rented at short notice, although this is not permitted. This apartment has the correct permission for short and medium term rentals, so it is a legal short term apartment where all taxes are paid correctly and there can be no problems. Of course you'll receive the official MELDEZETTEL (LEGAL REGISTRATION) from us and we're also ready to help with any questions regarding MA36 in case you need us! :-)

In only one minute distance there are several public transportation means, in particular the lines 9 (directly to the Westbahnhof) and other trams, which drive directly into the 1st district. Also the subways U3 and U6, as well as several bus lines, are attainable in short time.
Near the apartment there are countless shopping possibilities and restaurants. The 16th district is a lively area with the beautiful Brunnenmarkt, Yppenplatz and the Ottakringer brewery, which is only a few minutes away. Various cultural events take place here on a regular basis. Public transport takes you very quickly to the city centre, but also to the green outskirts (Wilhelminenberg etc.).
