I can wash the clothes for you, I can cook for you .
The house is safe, And I have a camera in the hall way and garden.
You are expected to clean every week, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged.
You can wash your clothes yourself with my washingmachine, this costs 4 euro per time and you have to use your own washing powder.
If there will be any damage at the end of your stay I will keep the deposit as a compensation. If you want to leave earlier than requested is possible, but I will then also keep the deposit as a compensation.
The deposit will be returned as soon as everything has been cleaned up and returned and you have been deregistered from the municipality.

Het is een beveiligd huis. rustige woning en huis en ook nette studenten.
Er wordt verwacht dat je elke week schoonmaakt, anders worden er schoonmaakkosten in rekening gebracht.
En wil je zelfstandig je kleding wassen, dat kost 4€ per was. Dus elke wasbeurt is 4€. Met eigen waspoeder.
Daarnaast is er ook een kleine camera in de gang en buiten.
Mocht er iets kapot gaan tijdens de huurperiode, dan wordt dat ingehouden van de borg. Mocht je eerder vertrekken dan de aangegeven huurperiode, prima, maar dan wordt de borg wel ingehouden ter compensatie.
De borg dient betaalt te worden bij de sleuteloverdracht. Hierna krijg je de sleutel van de woning pas!
De borg wordt weer teruggestort zodra alles opgeruimd en schoon is achtergelaten en je bent uitgeschreven bij de gemeente.
