* Tenant is to pay move-out cleaning fee of 2500 kr when leaving the flat.\t\t\t\t
* The rents are monthly and cannot be ajdusted, for example if tenant comes on 12th august, they pay for whole month.
Important Information: The first month's rent is payable to HousingAnywhere and the security deposit will need to be paid directly to the landlord, upon receipt of the rental agreement (before move-in).
