Studio apartment: While designed as a studio, it can be arranged with separate beds to function as a two-bedroom space if needed. The main living area will serve as your working space, and the living area is near the entrance for more privacy.

2 months stay: 15% of monthly rent
3 months stay: 10% of monthly rent
4 months stay: 5% of monthly rent

Final Cleaning: 150 EUR (can be reduced to zero if you clean the apartment thoroughly before departure)
