The bedroom have inside ONE BIG BED (HAVE PRICE 15 EURO PLUS, is for only 1 person that want have more space)+ 1 single bed for 1 person , big wadrobe and desk.
The fully furnished apartment consists of an entrance, a kitchen, a living room, two double bedrooms, 2 BATHROOMS AND single bedroom with terrace . All comfort is here to make you feel home :)
This property is located in the center, near SANTO SPIRITO SQUARE, at 2 minutes from PIAZZA DE PITTI, at 5 minutes to BORGO OGNISSANTI, at 8 minutes to Polimoda school. The area is very nice and quiet and it is well served by all amenities; shops, restaurants, and bars. Public transportation here provides you with the best connection to all part of Florence.
RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
The BILLS includes expenses WATER AND POWER , WIFI AND CONDOMINIUM Utilities. 105 EURO
GAS : EVERY MONTH 40 EURO (* NB: at the end of the rental period an adjustment will be made on actual consumption for utilities GAS ONLY .)
EXPENSES TO PAY ONLY ONCE:
- AGENCY FEE: one-time agency fee will be requested at the entrance, to be paid only once 352,00 EURO
This agency fee includes check-in and check-out costs, contract registration, maintenance costs, assistance in case of breakdown of appliances, WA group dedicated assistance during the entire period of stay IN THE OFFICE TIME .
- ONE TIME SERVICE FEE DI HOUSINGANYWHERE. When booking, a one-time service fee is required by the HousingAnywhere platform.
- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 880 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
we rent only with regoular rental contract register at italian state, like want the law , there are tax for register only one time when sign rental contract around 75 euro

all'interno del lussuoso condominio ART MUSEUM CONDOMINIUM , DITTA DI GESTIONE IMMOBILIARE AFFITTA POSTO LETTO a ragazzo o ragazza studenti, condiviso con altri studenti , all'appartamento è composto da ingresso ampio soggiorno spazioso con cucina una camera doppia con ampia finestra e bagno in camera , altra camera doppia (qui proposta con 1 letto grande e 1 singolo) con il bagno appena fuori dalla camera condiviso con la singola che ha terrazzo privato .
Non c'è conguaglio a fine anno, il prezzo è fisso con le utenze incluse ad eccezione del gas ! c'e possibilità di avere ARIA CONDIZIONATA IN CAMERA, pagando un extra per la corrente che consuma l'aria condizionata.
