Wimbledon Village in Costa Mesa is a charming community of homes. Has a community pool, tennis courts and there is a park for the residents. Located within very close proximity to South Coast Plaza in the South Coast Metro area of Costa Mesa, my home is centrally located near the beach, shopping centers, freeways and colleges/universities. Perfect location for young professionals or students from OCC, UCI, Vanguard, and surrounding high schools. International students welcome. Female Preferred. The bedrooms come fully furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, lamp, desk, television and mirrored wardrobe. Bath is in hallway. Kitchen privileges. Non-smoking property. Rent includes utilities (cable, internet, water, gas, washer/dryer, pool and tennis courts). Street parking available. Looking for a clean, quiet, responsible individual. Home is located in upscale neighborhood and has easy access to the 405/55/73 freeways and walking distance to the bus stop. I have two dogs and a cat, which I keep in a separate room.

I had a wonderful stay! Sharon welcomed me warmly, the location was perfect, and I really enjoyed the talks we had and how she took the time to show me around the area. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place that feels like home.

My daughter Julia's stay has been wonderful. She felt at home from the first day. The accommodation is impeccable: everything is very clean, organised and complete, with all the necessary items for a long and comfortable stay. The location is also excellent, with easy access to various points of interest. The hosts are pleasant, helpful and very welcoming people. We thank them for being so attentive and special. We would recommend this experience to anyone looking for a place to stay and feel the warmth of a real home.
