House is sitting in a spacious lot in a quite neighborhood. For accommodation, the house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms for single occupancy and one bedroom with wide closet furnished with two single beds can be shared to two individuals who wants to share room. All rooms is furnished with bed, sheets, lamp shade, desk and chair. Any missing necessity can be requested. The house is ran by a young professionals with full time job but still willing to extend hand to accommodate and help in any way she can.loves to cook, do garden in the summer.. On spare time, I love to walk, sing karaoke, do yoga as a way of relaxation. With its centrally located to public transit, you can easily ride train to downtown Vancouver. Bus stop is in front of the house, less than 10 minutes to sky train by drive.Public library is 2 blocks away, restaurants and amenities 3 blocks from the house. Poirier Sports complex and Leisure, beautiful Como lake park is less than 10 minutes by foot. Laurentian Belaire is 3 minute by car. Easy access to Douglas college and Simon Fraser University. With the accommodation includes once a week laundry per person, free access to internet, water and heat. Meals and pick up to the airport can be arranged.
